1. We had an excellent experience booking our stay through the Timeshare Brokers (Stacey). Different than any booking style I have used in the past, but everything was set up as promised and check in etc went perfectly smoothly.
2. We booked a unit that was a 1 bedroom connected to a studio for 4 of us- very nice rooms, clean and well equipped – we cooked most of our meals; double paned glass sliding doors kept outside noise to a minimum. Onsite “grocery” stores very small but there are a couple of grocery stores nearby (need car) and a Costco by the airport. Some covered parking available. Westin provides a shuttle that runs to Lahaina and back which we did not use but could be very useful. Nice pools and beach, but better snorkeling can be found elsewhere. Much less crowded than the other Kaanapali hotel locations near Whalers Village – a real plus.

I do not know if I let you know last year how much I enjoyed booking through your company and how the accommodations for my mom, sister ad I were perfect. My husband and I usually do Hawaii every year and we have been planning this year’s trip. I loved the resort’s pool so much that I want to take my husband back there so we are going 3 days early and staying there. Probably just for 2 but another couple is going with us but we do not know if they are going to add the days in the beginning.
